Back home

We arrived finally at home last Saturday 6th of August!!!

We were a little bit afraid of the 10 hours day flight not  knowing how to spend the time with Yang Yang but we underestimated the power of the screen....

When we boarded Yang Yang was afraid and he did not want to sit in his own seat; luckily he could remain seated on mum's knees for the take off. After a while  he gained confidence and we convinced him to sit on his own place. He spent most of the time watching movies and cartoons; as well as, from time to time, watching outside the plane.

At Schiphol, grandma was waiting for us!

Arrived at home, Yang Yang was very curious of inspecting the house, particularly his bedroom and only after he decided to open his presents. He was very excited and it was really fun to see him playing with his toys. After dinner, he was so tired that he felt asleep in his new bed at around 8 p.m. However, probably because of the jet leg, he wake up at 3.30 a.m. convinced that it was morning already. It took two hours to manage to have him sleeping again.... until 7.15!

For Yang Yang each day is a discovery. He is always smiling, never tired of playing, he sleeps again 10 hours per night and he loves doing things with Justin.

For us too, it's the time of finding our new routine....
